    Our products are designed for sensitive skin, but are also suitable for all skin types, including dry, oily and combination skin.
  2. Are your products tested on animals?
    Never! All vanicreaam products are Cruelty-Free and based on high standards of ethical production.
  3. Are the products really free of fragrance and irritating chemical ingredients?
    Yes. All vanicreaam products are free of fragrance, dyes, parabens (preservatives), formaldehyde and other common irritants, and are safe and gentle.
  4. How do I choose the right product for me?
    You can choose a suitable skin care regimen based on the description on the product page. If you are not sure, please contact our customer service team (support@vanicreaam.site) and we will provide you with advice.
  5. Do you provide sample packs?
    We currently do not provide sample packs purchased separately, but small samples may be included in some promotions, so please keep an eye out!
  6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Domestic orders: 3-7 working days.
    International orders: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and logistics.
    You will receive a tracking number after shipment to check the logistics progress.
  7. Can I return or exchange my product?
